Description:

I. Instrument overview:

Rosemount 3051S Pressure/Differential Pressure Transmitter reduces its weight to half of the original model due to its ASIC amplifier design, smaller packaging and smaller diaphragm structure and flanges. ASIC design not only reduces the number of parts, but also improves the reliability of the amplifier.

II. Working Principle:

When working, the isolation diaphragm and filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transmit the process pressure to the filling fluid, and then the filling fluid transfers the pressure to the sensing diaphragm on the sensor center. The sensing diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the pressure (for GP gauge pressure transmitter, the atmospheric pressure is the same as that applied to the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). AP adiabatic transmitter, the low-voltage side always maintains a reference pressure. The Zui displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inches (0.1 mm), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The capacitive plates on both sides detect the position of the sensing diaphragm. The difference between the capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitor plate is converted to the corresponding current, voltage or digital HART (high-speed addressable remote transmitter data highway) output signal.

3. Product application:

It is used to measure the pressure of gases, liquids and vapors, and then convert them into current signal output of 4-20 mADC. They can also communicate with each other through HART375 and 475 hand manipulators, through which they can be set up and monitored.
