Description:

I. Product Overview:

ZW-UHZ series jacket type magnetic flip plate level gauge is a multi-functional integrated instrument. It can be called frost-proof magnetic level gauge, heat-tracing magnetic level gauge and so on. It transfers the change of liquid level to the field indicator to indicate the actual height of liquid level. It is equipped with liquid level alarm and liquid level remote transmission device. The liquid level alarm can realize the upper and lower limit value control, limit alarm and accident interlocking. The liquid remote transmission device can linearly convert the liquid level change into the current signal of DC 4-20 mADC, and realize the liquid level indication and control record at a long distance. The level gauge has flameproof and intrinsic safety protection performance. The machine is made of wear-resistant materials. Therefore, it has the function of corrosion resistance.

II. Working Principle:

1. Basic type

According to buoyancy principle, the float moves up and down with the rise and fall of liquid level in the measuring tube. The magnetic steel in the float drives the red and white column to turn 180'liquid level up by magnetic coupling. When the reversal column turns from white to red, when it falls, the reversal column turns from red to white, thus realizing the indication of liquid level.

2. Upper and Lower Limit Switch Output

The magnetic float moves with the liquid displacement to make the switching action on the setting position of the riser of the liquid level gauge to realize on-off control or alarm.

3. Teletransmission

A transmitter is installed on the magnetic tilting plate level gauge. The transmitter consists of two parts: sensor and converter. It moves up and down through magnetic float. Through magnetic coupling, the measuring elements in the catheter act in turn, and the resistance signal is changed. The standard current signal output of 0-10 or 4-20 mA is summoned to connect with digital display instrument or computer to realize remote display and control.

3. Application occasions:

ZW-UHZ series jacketed magnetic tilting plate level gauge can be used in conjunction with the liquid level control switch and the liquid level remote transmission device, which can control and display the liquid level remotely. Therefore, it is widely used in the measurement and control of liquid level in the production process of electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, ship, construction, food and other industries.

1. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali and explosion-proof requirements. It has simple structure, reliable and durable. It can be equipped with a variety of optional accessories to make control easier.

2. Adding liquid level conveyor and magnetic switch, it can be installed or adjusted at any time without shutdown.

3. If the power supply is interrupted, the field magnetic switch will not be affected, and the accuracy is high.

4. Add a different color film every 10 centimeters to make the liquid level easy to identify.

5. Suitable for dyeing and finishing equipment, wastewater treatment, power plant, chemical equipment, hot kerosene boiler and petrochemical industry.

6. System composition and wiring:

1. Upper and lower limit switch output:

It consists of a self-retaining tongue spring switch and a converter. The tongue spring switch and the converter are installed in the field and the control room respectively. The converter provides three pairs of contact switches.

2. Teletransmission:

It consists of measurement unit and transmission unit.

3. Intrinsically safe explosion-proof:

A-band intrinsically safe explosion-proof, upper and lower limit switch output type:

The explosion-proof switch consists of a tongue spring switch and a safety grille with relay contacts. It can provide a pair of normally open or normally closed contacts directly to users. Special designs can be ordered if users need more contacts. (Fig. three)

B-band intrinsically safe explosion-proof remote transmission type:

Suitable for class_electrical equipment (factory), class C gas, surface temperature group T4 (135 C).

C Use precautions:

The outer grounding of the transmitter housing is provided, and the user must be reliable grounding when using it.

(2) The use of safety grids should follow the relevant instructions.

(3) The connection cable between the transmitter and the safety gate is a two-core shielded cable with the cross-sectional area of the core wire > 0.5m and the allowable distributed capacitance of the cable is 0.8uF.

7. Type selection:

Steam jacket and water circulation jacket: a layer of cylinder is added outside the main pipe of the level gauge for the circulation of steam, circulating water or heat conducting oil;

Vacuum jacket: a layer of vacuum cylinder is added outside the main tube of the level gauge to insulate the measured medium from the outside.

Electric jacket: winding electric tracing coil outside the main tube of liquid level gauge, heating medium by electrification;

Users can display in-situ digital signals and output standard teletransmission signals of 4-20mA according to engineering needs and cooperate with remote transmitters to meet the needs of recording instruments or industrial process control. It can also be used with magnetic control switch or proximity switch to monitor and alarm liquid level or to enter and exit liquid equipment.
